Service Opportunities in Public Relations:

1. Helpline

• What: Answering phone calls from people who need help
• How: Volunteer to join a pool of people trained to answer help calls & complete Phoneline Training
• When: Rotate in to carry a  Day or Evening cellphone for a month; or, have your cellphone number added to the callist in the event another volunteer cannot be reached

2. Web-site/Social Media

• What: Help edit, design and maintain the web-site at grscna5_wp868antana.org
• How: Use WordPress from any computer with an internet connection
• When: Come to a subcomittee meeting at 1PM on the last Sunday of the month where area meets (Talbott Administration building at Peachford Hospital; 1st building on right, before entering the hospital)

3. Outreach

• What: Pass out cards, posters & flyers to selected locations to spread the NA message; offer presentations to those interested in cooperating with NA
• How & When: Go with other subcommittee members at agreed upon times
